WHAT DOES LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERS?

a) PARTS

Our lifetime warranty policy do not include parts. Our parts will only be covered under warranty for 1 year, unless stated otherwise. Please check item description before making purchase, if warranty is not stated in item description, customer is advised to contact OFFIX and obtain a written certification of warranty.

b) ON-SITE SERVICE

Our lifetime warranty policy covers on-site services. Services such as diagnosis, parts exchange and repair. On-site service do not cover cleaning, washing, upholstery, reconfiguration, moving or altering of non damaged goods.

Warranty does not apply:

(a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;

(b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports;

(c) to damage caused by use with another product;

(d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause;

(e) to damage caused by operating the product in a manner it is not meant for;

(f) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of OFFIX PTE LTD;

(g) to product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of OFFIX;

(h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product;

(i) promotional item unless stated otherwise

OFFIX PTE LTD reserves all rights to void customer’s warranty.
